Had an amazing group trip! We visited the Blue Mountains and enjoyed some wine tasting in Hunter Valley. The staff was super nice, and we loved the cozy, clean room. The location was perfect and close to everything. Plus, check-in was smooth!
One downside was that the air conditioning didn’t work on our last night, and it got stuffy.

An elevator for accessibility would be helpful.

The room was extremely compact with no opening windows, making it feel claustrophobic. I had a comfortable bed and enjoyed the decent WiFi. The friendly staff were helpful, even with my luggage, which stood out. The café downstairs offered fantastic coffee, a plus!

The good outweighs the bad (barely)
The location was fantastic easy access to dining and public transport. Staff were friendly and accommodating which made a big difference. Rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable too.
One downside was the thin walls leading to noise disturbances. The mini bar charges were unexpected requiring vigilance during checkout to avoid unnecessary fees.

The room was cozy, but we had some issues. We booked a king room with a large balcony, but got a smaller one. There was mold on the shower curtain, and some of the toiletries were half-used. It was a bit cramped too, not the spacious vibe we expected. On the plus side, it was clean and the bed was comfy enough. Just wish the overall experience matched the price we paid.
